Who Is It For?
The Malta Nomad Residence Permit is designed for non-EU nationals who work remotely for an employer based outside Malta, or who are self-employed / freelancing for clients outside Malta. You must be able to prove a stable monthly income of at least €2,700.

- Non-EU/EEA nationality — EU citizens already have freedom of movement
- Remote work — employed or freelancing for clients/employers outside Malta
- Income proof — minimum €2,700/month gross (bank statements, contracts)
- Health insurance — valid coverage for Malta
- Accommodation — rental agreement or property ownership in Malta
